1、混凝土磨平、提浆:待垫层混凝土稍收水后,具有初凝强度时,启动抹平机(带提浆盘)慢速磨搓、压浆。然后,用尺杆刮平,使混凝土浆面基本平整、均匀。

控制要领:在混凝土具有初凝强度(此时初凝强度包括混凝土凝结强度和失水干硬强度)前提浆。磨搓要求均匀,不得漏搓,根据混凝土表面干湿度适度调整磨搓时间。

耐磨材料撒布的时机随气候、温度、混凝土配合比等因素而变化;混凝土初凝前60-90分钟 混凝土收水后,发现不平整处以1:2砂浆补平,人踩其上,下陷3-5mm 浮水积留严重区域,设法排除。太早撒布硬化材料,过多的表面水将使面层强度降低,硬化材料下沉影响硬化层性能,太迟撒布,硬化材料无足够的水来进行完整的水化,不能与混凝土面层良好结合,将导致起壳、裂缝、空鼓等现象,因此撒布时机的拿捏至关重要,这是地坪施工队的技术关卡。墙、柱、门和模板等边线处水分消失较快,宜优先撒布施工,以防因失水而降低效果。撒布拌合物应均匀落下,不能用力抛而致分离,撒布后即以木抹子抹平;耐磨材料吸收一定的水份后,再用墁刀机碾磨分散并与基层混凝土浆结合在一起。

The water in the wall, column, door and formwork will disappear quickly, so it is advisable to give priority to spreading construction to prevent the effect from being reduced due to water loss. The mixture shall be evenly dropped and cannot be separated by hard throwing. After spreading, it shall be trowelled with a wood trowel; after the wear-resistant material absorbs a certain amount of water, it shall be grinded and dispersed with a trowel machine and combined with the base concrete slurry.
