Construction of epoxy anticorrosive paint
1、主漆与固化剂分桶包装，施工时按要求配比。
1. The main paint and curing agent are packed in drums and proportioned according to requirements during construction.
2、被涂物表面的油污，水份，灰尘等污物要彻底清理干净、保持清洁干燥。
2. Oil, water and dust on the surface of the coated material should be thoroughly cleaned and kept clean and dry.
3、底材温度须高于露点3℃以上，当底材温度低于5℃时，漆膜不固化，故不宜施工。
3. Substrate temperature should be higher than dew point 3 C. When the substrate temperature is lower than 5 C, the paint film does not solidify, so it is not suitable for construction.
4、将甲组份彻底搅匀后，按要求配比加入乙组份充分搅匀，静置熟化30min后，然后加入适量稀释剂调至施工粘度。
4. After mixing component A thoroughly, add component B in proportion according to requirement to mix well. After 30 minutes of static aging, add appropriate diluent to adjust construction viscosity.
5、空气喷涂，刷涂均可。
5. Air spraying and brushing are acceptable.
6、配兑的油漆必须在6h内用完(25℃)。
6. The paint must be used up within 6 hours (25 C).
